The Sidewalk Replacement Program for 2011 consisted of TIFA working together with the Dearborn Heights Community & Economic Development Department on improving the sidewalks on the streets between S. Beech Daly and Gulley, from Princeton to Dartmouth. Please see the Progress Map (link below) for details.
The work for 2011 has completed.

NOTICE: As was previously announced, the TIFA Sidewalk Replacement Program was scheduled to continue in the area south of Dartmouth to Van Born, between Gulley and Telegraph. However, we have been notified by our engineers of the necessity for our ongoing waterline replacement program to take place in that same area in the future. Therefore, the Sidewalk Replacement Program has been temporarily suspended in that area until a coordinated plan is developed and implemented to incorporate the work of the two projects together.
