The Property Availability List (PAL) is a free service the TIFA Office provides for the benefit of commercial property sellers and prospective buyers. It is a compilation of all commercial buildings and parcels available for sale or lease in the Dearborn Heights TIFA District.

Established in 1986, the Dearborn Heights TIFA works to prevent urban deterioration and encourage economic development and activity while encouraging neighborhood revitalization and historical preservation.
