DEARBORN HEIGHTS, MI (2/25/14) – Mark your calendar! The Southwest Dearborn Heights Neighborhood Association (SWDHNA) has announced that the date for this Spring’s Daly Park Clean-up & Picnic will be Saturday, April 26. The clean-up will begin at 10:00AM, and will be immediately followed by a community picnic in the park for all volunteers. Food and refreshments will be provided by the association, and attendees may bring their own food and drinks as well.
The SWDHNA began this activity last year as a way for the neighbors to spend some social time together while working to help keep this beautiful park in the heart of our local community clean and usable for the enjoyment of our residents. Everyone is invited to participate.
Please bring rakes, shovels, work gloves and whatever other landscaping equipment you think would be useful.
If weather conditions are not favorable on the scheduled day, the event will be postponed to the following Saturday.
