Tree maintenance helps keep Daly Park safe for all

DEARBORN HEIGHTS, MI (10/20/25) –  Tree maintenance recently took place at Daly Park, the only city park located in within the boundaries of the TIFA Distrcit.

The City’s Department of Parks & Recreation oversaw the upgrades made possible by funding from the Dearborn Heights Tax Increment Finance Authority (TIFA).

Overgrown, dying and dead trees and limbs were removed in order to maintain a high level of safety for everyone – children and adults – while they are enjoying our beautiful park.

Residents are invited to take advantage of the amenities at Daly Park, which include children’s play equipment, an outdoor fitness pad, tennis courts and a walking trail.
